Morning starts with two or three coffees and about 6 cigarettes. During the day you’re eating about anything you find, if you have nothing in the fridge, you get out and buy your delicious sandwich and fries, after you’re serving a cola or other drink like that. Again you take coffee or cappuccino and a tasty pie from pastry.
Only a few hours after you’re hungry again, you’re going to restaurant to serve as an appetizer that pizza crust, called focaccia accompanied by cheese and raw ham, then move on to pasta with cheese and other specialties of the day. Do you leave the table without dessert? A slice of chocolate cake is always welcome. You leave happy …
But in the evening the hunger wants his rights and you’re going again to the fridge and eat anything comes in the way. Cookies, pies, juice drinks, yogurt with cereal and so on. You don’t do sports, you’re reading only magazines, but not some book, you don’t work or if you do it you’re not satisfied or you work too much, you don’t care how you look, you don’t care about you.
